Your generous donation will be used to support one of the selected projects. Your support will also ensure that the museum will continue to enhance Transcona's community spirit through the sharing of our history and stories for the benefit of all.
Note: Starting 1 January 2021, 10% of all donations received for CN 2747 and the Get On Board campaign will be placed in our endowment fund for future maintenance and upkeep of the CN 2747 structure and historic locomotive.

Transcona Museum Endowment Fund
The Transcona Museum has partnered with The Winnipeg Foundation to establish a permanently endowed fund to support our mission: "to preserve and promote the community spirit of Transcona through the sharing of stories for the benefit of all."
Until 31 March 2021, the Province of Manitoba will stretch gifts to this fund. Every $2 given during this period has the potential to be stretched by an additional $1, meaning a gift of $2 becomes $3.
To help us grow our endowment fund and continue to preserve and promote our community's history, please consider making a donation today.
